Jim Huff
PASTOR
Pastor Jim Huff was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, but moved to Knoxville at an early age. He attended his first two years of college at King College, in Bristol, Tennessee. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in psychology. Having felt the Lord calling him to the ministry while still in high school, Pastor Huff continued his education at Faith Theological Seminary in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1971 with a Master of Divinity Degree.
In the mid to late 1970s, Pastor Huff and his wife Dorothy traveled to Hendersonville, North Carolina, from Knoxville, most weekends, to help with a small group that hoped to establish a Bible Presbyterian Church there. The Huffs moved to Kalispell in March 1980 to serve the First Bible Presbyterian Church of Kalispell.
